TINTIN HC ART AND ADVENTURES

Created by the Belgian artist Hergé, Tintin is a beloved comic strip character, a teenage reporter who travels the world with his dog Snowy doing good deeds and foiling bad guys. Award-winning directors Steven Spielberg and Peter Jackson are teaming up to launch The Adventures of Tintin: Secret of the Unicorn, the first of two movies that brings to life the enormously popular books by Hergé in performance-captured 3-D form. This book illuminates the creative design process, detailing interactions between Weta's artists, Peter Jackson, and Steven Spielberg. It will include hundreds of images from concept art and storyboards to photographs of the props and sculptures, as well as insightful remarks from the artists themselves.
